Brian McNamara
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Brian is the Managing Director and Registered Builder with over 30 years Commercial and Residential building experience combined. Brian will co-ordinate the construction phase of your build, and personally manages and supervises the entire project to ensure every detail of your home comes together perfectly. Brian will keep you up to speed with what’s happening on site, and is always ready to answer your questions and provide advice.
Tania McNamara
Building Administrator
Tania has over 25 years’ experience as a building administrator. She is the principle point of contact in the office for all enquiries from contract stage through to handing over the keys. Tania’s wealth of knowledge on the business side of new home construction will help guide you through the administration process.

Estimator & Sales
Ashley is responsible for developing pre-construction estimates & quotations, among other things behind the scenes. With over 27 years industry experience, Ashley brings a surplus of knowledge and strong supplier relationships to the table. Ashley will work with you and your budget, to build the home of your dreams.
Chloe Schlitz
Colour Consultant
Chloe will help you build the home of your dreams by providing a wealth of new home knowledge and expertise. Chloe has a strong eye for interior and exterior design with her great sense of style and passion; she can help you create the perfect style for your new home.
Mindy Williams
Administration Assistant
Mindy brings extensive knowledge & experience in the planning & engineering aspects of new developments, a wide range of skills & knowledge to adapt to all things building. You’ll see Mindy in our office assisting our team with anything & everything, from overseeing the OHS compliances to data entry and filing.
Matt Schlitz
Site Supervisor
With 18 years experience in the building industry, Matt is also a trade qualified carpenter, so you can bet he knows his stuff. Matt will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the worksite & sub contractors, to ensure your build runs smoothly & efficiently. Matt will walk you through the ins & outs of where your build is up to and answer any questions you may have during the construction phase.
