We meet you on-site for a practical review of the land, assessing access, slope, services, and key build considerations early in the process. Our experienced team will work with you to advise on the ideal placement and orientation of your home to make the most of your block.

A tailored estimate is prepared based on your selected design and specifications, clearly outlining what is included for your new home. This allows you to make informed decisions with full transparency before progressing further.

Plans move into the drafting stage with two structured review meetings to refine your site plan, floor plan, facade, and elevations. During this stage, soil testing, site surveys, BAL (bushfire) rating, and wind classification are also completed to ensure all design and compliance factors are considered.

You'll meet one-on-one with our colour consultant to select all internal and external finishes, fittings, and fixtures. This stage also includes electrical layout consultation and cabinetry design to ensure every detail of your home is considered.

Final plans are completed with energy rating assessments and engineering documentation. Once complete, a fixed price contract is signed and all required permits are obtained prior to construction commencing.

Construction begins with clear communication throughout the build, including scheduled site visits with the builder and regular progress updates. At completion, your home is handed over with full walkthrough and quality checks completed.

The handover of keys is not the end of our relationship. Every home includes a 90-day maintenance period and a 10-year structural warranty, giving you ongoing peace of mind after your move-in.
